Step 1
Set your address
आपका पता
The app checks where you are. We deliver only inside our service areas, so it tells you at once whether we come to you. Save Home, Work or any other address with a pin on the map.

Step 2
Choose from shops near you
पास की दुकानें चुनें
Kirana, medical, dairy, sabzi and more. Add items from one shop or from a few shops in one order. A kirana order comes from one shop at a time.

Step 3
See every charge, then pay
पूरा हिसाब देखें, फिर pay करें
Before you pay you see the item prices, the delivery fee and any other charge, each with its reason. Pay with any UPI app, or in cash when the order arrives where cash on delivery is on.

Step 4
The shop packs, a Delivery Person picks up
दुकान pack करती है, Delivery Person लाता है
You get updates on your phone: accepted, packed and on the way, with the name of the person bringing it.

Step 5
Tell the code, take your order
code बताएँ, सामान लें
The Delivery Person asks for the delivery code shown in your app. Without the right code the order is not handed over, so it reaches only you.
Paying
Pay the way you like
जैसे चाहें वैसे pay करें
UPI
The app opens your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others). The payment goes through a payment company authorised by the Reserve Bank of India.
Cash on delivery
Where it is available, pay the Delivery Person when the order arrives, after you tell the delivery code.
We never see your UPI PIN or card number. Payments, refunds and cancellations
Safety
Your account and your order stay yours
Log in with an OTP
No password to forget: a code comes by SMS to your mobile number.
One phone at a time
Logging in on a new phone logs the old one out.
Delivery code
Your order is handed over only with the code from your app.
