Delete your FeroMart account
अपना FeroMart account delete करें
For customers of the FeroMart app. In the app you can do the same from Account → Delete account.
Shops and Delivery Persons (FeroMart Partner app) are our business partners: their accounts are deleted by our team. Please contact us and we will do it for you.
What happens / क्या होगा
- You enter your mobile number and the code we send by SMS.
- You are logged out of the apps at once. A shop stops taking orders; a Delivery Person goes offline.
- After 30 days your personal data is removed. Changed your mind? Log in to the app again before then and choose Cancel.
30 दिन बाद आपकी निजी जानकारी हटा दी जाएगी। तब तक app में दोबारा login करके request cancel कर सकते हैं।
Removed / हटेगा
- Name, mobile number, email
- Addresses, birthday, photo
- Your phones (devices), notification tokens, the IP and phone details in the login history
Kept, as the law requires / रखा जाएगा
- Orders, payments and refunds, shown as "Deleted user"
- Invoices, with the name and address printed on them, as long as tax law requires
- Shops and Delivery Persons: KYC documents and bank details for 2 years, then deleted; a shop's name and GSTIN stay in GST records
